Sauteed Sweet Pink Shrimp with Roasted Corn Beurre Blanc
This sat too long before we took the photo and the sauce ran. But it was soooo tasty. Until someone proves otherwise, I claim that I invented corn beurre blanc, dammit.

Chicken, mushrooms, peas??? What's not to like?
Fried Soft Shell Crabs, Paprika Aioli, Sauteed Fava Bean Agnolotti with Swiss Chard and New Potatoes
In real life, this looked awesome. In two dimensions, it looks more like some deep fried Mutant Bug. The two crabs are fried, then cut in half, lined up with all the claws up, and a skewer goes thru to hold it. Trust me, awesome.
Bing Cherry Shortcake, White Chocolate Mousse
Bing Cherries are perfect right now. Made an orange-poppyseed shortcake and instead of boring whipped cream, made a loose white chocolate mousse. Honestly, tho, eating a bowl of just the cherries was better.
